Big Ben is the Great Bell of the clock of the Palace Westminster in London.
The height of Big Ben is 96 meters and at the top of Big Ben four clock boards as four direction of the wind. No matter where you look at this building you always see the same part of the clock. We recommend to visit Big Ben because of his special activity. The bell rings every quarter hour and makes four sounds, when every quarter hour later he plays the previous section and four new sounds. Every hour he plays the full 16 tone sounds and the bell rings according to the time. In addition you can get an impression of the clock impressive design.
