A Glimpse into Mathematics Classrooms Across the District

Implementation Week 15

This past week I had the privilege of conducting walkthroughs at both the Senior High School and Reiffton. Once again, I was truly impressed with our teachers who have made the shift to student-centered classrooms! Engagement was high and I was overwhelmed by the great student conversations that I overheard. I believe the students are reaching a level of understanding in mathematics that has never before been seen in Exeter Twp! AWESOME JOB!

Shout Outs!

Let's hear it for...

Nate Fidler and Pete Clarke for fostering a great classroom "vibe" around CPM and math in general. Great job, guys!

Our 5th grade team at Reiffton for encompassing their entire area (on both floors) in mathematics activity. Students spilled into hallways, onto floors and anywhere they could find a space to play math games and conduct math discussions. So great to see math taking over!! Keep up the great work!
