HEALTH ALERT: Islands HS remains committed to the health and well being of our students, teachers, and staff and considers it to be of the utmost importance. During the end of last week and this weekend, we were alerted to students/staff who tested positive for COVID-19 and have been working diligently to ensure the proper recommendations are followed regarding isolations, identifying close contacts, and cleaning/disinfecting areas of the school building. If you have not been contacted as a close contact, we encourage you to continue monitoring yourself and your children closely for possible symptoms.
Please be reminded, if your child develops symptoms or has direct contact with a confirmed case, please keep him or her out of school and group activities and alert the school immediately via our COVID-19 notification link located below in our newsletter.
