If you or other people are a big gamer. To stay healthy is to play for 30 minutes. After playing for 30 minutes take a run or go to a park near you.
You can play games and watch T.V. but you don't want to spend to much time on electronics and enjoy nature.

Morning Run
To stay healthy take a morning run every morning after a good breakfast. You should run 2 times a day morning and night before sun set when there is still light.
Healthy Drinks
Drink more water and other juices. Drink less soda and less energy drinks they have to much sugar.

Eat more vegetables and fruit and less junk food like donuts, pizza, and fast food restaurants like Mac Donalds
