Book Fair is coming soon
The Fall Book Fair is coming! This year’s book fair will be November 23rd and 24th, and November 30th - December 4th. This is the perfect opportunity to buy holiday gifts for your favorite readers. All profits benefit LVES.
Counselor's Corner
In the spirit of our November character trait, Giving, please remember to send in canned food items next week. All items will be donated to the LVISD food pantry to help local families in need. This is especially important during this time of year so all families can have an enjoyable Thanksgiving.
Nurse Carmichael is in need of kids clothing and shoes for her closet when students have an accident at school. You can give your gently used items to the front office or stop by Nurse Carmichael’s office to donate.
The Coats for Kids flyer went home in Friday Folders last week. Children that qualify for free or reduced lunches qualify for a new coat from this organization. The coat distribution day is in Austin on Saturday, December 12th. If you would like more information or did not receive the flyer, please call the counselor’s office at extension 4504.
