Prairie View Elementary - August 2023
Principal's Note
Welcome, students and families, to the Prairie View Elementary School 2023-24 school year! I am proud and grateful to support this special school in Mukwonago Area School District and to serve Prairie View's dedicated and inspiring staff, kind and curious students, and generous and involved families and community members.
Prairie View Elementary School offers curriculum, instructional strategies, and resources to meet the needs and styles of all learners. Each student will be challenged to achieve based on individual strengths and areas of growth and through small group instruction and interventions built into the school day. We offer many special courses and after school club activities for students to discover their interests.
The Prairie View Elementary School family recognizes how critical it is to belong to a safe and supportive community which champions the gifts and contributions of each individual. We are committed to recognizing, learning about, and supporting one another, and to prepare our students to learn, work, and thrive as citizens.
This year we are looking forward to offering additional after school clubs, family book clubs, and many PTO sponsored activities. Our programs and activities are the result of generous community support. I encourage you to connect with us and other families through joining and volunteering with our Prairie View PTO and in your child's classroom.
I look forward to getting to know your child and you. It's going to be a wonderful year!
Welcome to our Prairie View Family,
Valerie Vos, Principal
