Description
Being an Instructional Coach can be lonely. Many instructional coaches comment that they feel “stuck in the middle” because they’re not administrators, yet they’re no longer teachers. The key to being a successful coach is gaining the skills necessary to coach your colleagues while maintaining a network of other coaches to utilize as a resource. The Instructional Coaches’ Network is an opportunity to collaborate with area coaches in order to develop a toolkit to improve teaching and learning.
