****IMPORTANT REMINDER****: Due to the weather during the past two weeks, the Spanish Dept. decided NOT to close any work the past two Fridays (even though students already get a built-in extra week). However, students were/are still advised to stay on schedule. The only ones that should have been affected are those that were out of school and didn't have internet access. As a result, THIS Friday, Week 4's assignments WILL CLOSE PERMANENTLY. Next week, Week 5's assignments will close. Then, on March 20th, everything through Week 8 will close (as it's the end of Quarter 1). This should be WAY MORE time than most students need, so there should be NO issues at the end of the quarter. If you/your student/s have questions and/or other issues, please contact me immediately to discuss.

Keys to Students' Success
The main keys to being successful are:
- completing all assignments (*well and on time*) (using the Schedule of Assignments), reading the announcements/learning block daily, checking/reading messages daily
- going through the direct instruction and practice as slow as needed to understand the material
- taking/studying notes, reviewing the grades/feedback for all assignments to see what was missed and why
- attending the required synchronous sessions
- asking questions when something doesn't make sense and/or more explanation/practice is needed
