4th Grade Poetry- Written By Mrs. Conrad's Class
This orange is the house I grew up in
The orange is a guinea pig
The orange is the sunlight on the water
the orange is orange like a fire
The orange is a ghost haunting a house
The orange is full of stars and love
The orange is a horrifying pumpkin
The orange is a pumpkin rolling down a hill
The orange is the secret to all the spells in the world
The orange is a vampire waiting to suck little kids' blood
The orange is storm strike
The orange is Cinderella's carriage
The orange is a chainsaw that sliced 500 trees and the sun
Bringing Treats to School
We love it when students bring treats to share with their classes for birthdays and holidays! We do ask that when you do bring treats that you please bring store bought treats. We have many students with allergies and other health conditions that make it important for us to know the exact ingredients in the food that we serve. We thank you for helping to keep all of our students safe!
Halloween Costumes
As everyone prepares for Halloween we want to remind everyone that students may not bring weapons, real or pretend, to school as part of their Halloween costume. We will be celebrating Halloween on Oct. 31st!
Mad Hatter's Day & Astronomy Day
Some of our elementary classes have been taking advantage of the special days that happen in October! A couple of classes celebrated Mad Hatter's Day on Oct. 6th and others celebrated Astronomy Day on Oct. 13th!
Fifth Grade Field Trip
The fifth graders have been studying the sun and the moon in their science class. This week they were able to take a field trip to the Planetarium at The University of Montana. While they were in Missoula they were also able to visit the Insectarium and learn about bug adaptations!
