The Weekly Hoot

January 18 - January 24, 2016

Greetings All -

We made it through another week! This one seemed sooooo long! LOL! We all have that three day weekend to look forward to though. I am so glad the sun is shining today!!

As we have been out and about this week, it has been excited to see such wonderful instruction going on. You all came back from break rocking and rolling. Our kids are so lucky to have you all as teachers.

The 4th grade writing benchmark was given this week and week after next we will be giving some more benchmarks (5th grade Reading and Math). We are gearing up for tutoring and testing season! I gave the tutoring schedule to your CLFs and you should have received that at CLC on Thursday. If you didn't, please get with them.

I am about 2/3 of the way through with mid-year conferences. I will be finishing those up next week. Everyone is coming along great with the professional development goals they have set for themselves.

Also, if you want to purchase your denim passes for the semester (10 for $10), please see Mrs. Corzine. We have them ready to go!

Make sure and go out and enjoy yourself this weekend! We need a break from this place. :) Have a great one and I will see you all on Tuesday!

Happy Friday!!

Love to all,

LuAnne Rakowitz for making sure we had coverage for every class each day this week. It has been a challenge with so few substitutes and she has done an amazing job!
