Student Instructional Fees
Pay Now Through Infinite Campus
Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools charge an instructional fee to help defray the cost of consumable instructional supplies used in the classroom. The instructional fee for students is $35.00 each, with a maximum of $105.00 per family.
This instructional fee will be waived for all students who qualify for the Free/Reduced Meal Program. A meal benefits application is available on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, the GJPS website, or at the office of your child’s school.
Payment for your student's fees should be made prior to the beginning of classes.
- Online payments with debit and credit cards can be made through Infinite Campus.
- Payments made by cash, check, or money order must be paid for each student at their respective schools. Payments cannot be combined for multiple students in multiple buildings.
- Check or money orders should be made payable to “Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools.”
- Please write your student's name and building in the memo portion of your check, or include a separate note with this information.
If you have questions, please contact the office at your school. If you have further questions, please contact Lisa Hebert, Treasurer's Office (HebertL@gjps.org) or 614-545-9241.
