What's Happening week of March11, 2019
SUPERMARKET SWEEP
Look for your 20 raffle tickets that are coming home TODAY with your youngest student. We are asking each family to sell their 20 raffle tickets and return them BEFORE March 20th. We will be pulling the winning ticket at the Mother-Son Nerf Wars on March 23rd.
Tickets are $10 each and will sell themselves! Everyone is excited for a NEW raffle!
*disregard the ticket # on the front- this # does not matter and yes they are the same*
You need to keep only the left half of the ticket with the purchaser's name and phone number and they retain the other part of the ticket.
We will have more raffle tickets in the office if you need them once you sell your 20.
We will also be looking for families to help us sell them after Masses next weekend.
These funds will provide field trip bussing and other end of the year program and activities for our students. We thank you for you support of the PTO
Welcome Mrs. Koetsch
Mrs. Koetsch started to get to know our students by getting into each classroom to read to them.
She will be working with students who need to continue developing their social skills, self regulation, coping skills and more.
Mrs. Koetsch comes to us with a Master's Degree in Special Education as well as her Reading Specialist certification. She has been an educator for over 20 years as an Inclusion teacher, Kindergarten Teacher and Learning Specialist.
Please help us welcome Mrs. Koetsch!
The Blue Light Special worth 2 pts next week is Peanut Butter!!!
Car line Names!!!
We appreciate you working with us to try this for a quicker and safer pick up line!
Thank You
Internet Safety
We wanted to share a few resources with parents for keeping your kids safe online. Children need reminders all the time not to share their passwords, not to friend 'strangers' online, how to THINK before posting and more. We hope you find these articles helpful.
KINDNESS is Contagious!
We have a mountain of sneakers and can't wait to make it larger! Keep cleaning out your closets and send in those used sneakers...
Students also have one more week to fill up their Kindness Journals. Let's reach that goal of 5,000 acts of kindness!!

Nurse Notes:
We expect that students will attend school when they are fighting a cold. We will work with those students on using tissues, hand washing, sneezing or coughing into their elbow (Dabbing!) to help keep the germs at bay.
Our classrooms and hard services are cleaned appropriately to eliminate as many germs as possible while still keeping the good bacteria.
When in doubt, please just ask! We are here to help.
A word from the School Board:
The St. Anna Catholic School Advisory Board has decided to once again offer all school families two complimentary tickets to this year’s gala! The gala will be on May 4th at Wachusett Country Club. More details in the invitations coming soon!
