Counseling Services
Taking a mental health screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.
Screenings detect conditions such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance abuse.

German Table is a great opportunity for students and any member of the Knox community to gather and converse in German in a very friendly environment, but German knowledge is not a requirement to participate. Breathing and Relaxation with Laura

Do you need some tools to fight stress? Would you like to feel more relaxed going into exams or other stressful times? Or would you simply like to feel more relaxed in general? Laura Lane will be leading short 30' sessions on breathing and relaxation most Thursdays from 12:15 to 12:45. No experience necessary! Sorority Winter Recruitment Information Session

On Thursday, January 11th at 7pm in the Trustees Room (ALUM 302), Panhellenic Council will be hosting our first Sorority Recruitment Information Session. This is an opportunity to get more information about going through recruitment before it happens! You'll also be able to meet and ask questions to members of our five sororities, which are Alpha Sigma Alpha, Delta Delta Delta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and Pi Beta Phi. All female-identifying students are welcome to join, even if it's your first term at Knox.
