Bob McAdam: Swimmer of the Year!

Big picture

Now that 2019 has come to an end.

It’s Swimmer of the Year time and that has been the trend!

This swimmer has accumulated many awards over the years.

From college meets to Olympic trials he has no fears!

He lives out of town but finds time to swim with us.

He’s a team player…..helping us in all that we trust!

Running the computer at our swim meet during June,

We can always count on him to help and not a moment too soon!

A Breastroker is his claim to fame.

He has broken tons of State records…….you may know his name.

Winning the 100 & 200 this summer in Mission Viejo was his dream.

Cheering at this National meet were his brother and friends as his team

Bob McAdam is our Swimmer of the Year….body, spirit and mind.

A talented swimmer, volunteer, and a person who is very kind.

We’re proud of you Bob and deserve the best.

Let’s see you swim fast in 2020 and that is the test!

Steven Scott: Volunteer of the Year!

Big picture

Is it already time for 2019 to end?

What a year for Greenville Splash it has been!

So many events have taken place.

So who will be the Volunteer of the Year for today’s face?

Hmmm….let me name a few things you see…

This person is so involved and that is the key.

From website design to pictures he takes…

He’s always at our events and has a passion for the lakes!

He is not even a swimmer which amazes me.

That he gives of his time and never asks for a fee!

With Upstate Splash he has a passion..

He does so many things for this event……even down to the fashion!

For the kids less fortunate he helps to raise money.

Even putting on music events….now that’s a real honey!

If you don’t know by now this person’s name…..

It’s Steve Scott the most passionate Volunteer is his claim to fame!

All of us at Greenville Splash are most appreciate of you.

Here’s to our gratitude and a whole lot of love too!

Make a Difference

Thank you so much to all of our swimmers that volunteer for Greenville Splash! Your efforts help to make our community safer in the water and provide fitness and competition activities for swimmers. We will host the South Carolina LCM Championships where swimmers come to compete from all over the southeast in June. It's a great feeling of giving back to our fellow swimmers around the country. Our Adult Learn to Swim Program will be in March and April 2020. We have taught over 215 adults how to swim! The Upstate Splash has raised money to provide swim lessons for over 2,000 children!
