BU Hybrid Schedules
How to use the new course codes with BU Schedules
BVSD's New Course Codes And Home School Schedules
For every course that a student is taking at Boulder Universal, you will need to add a section of CC9A or CC9B to that student's schedule just as you would for Boulder CTEC.
An example of a BU/Hybrid schedule for a student taking 3 courses at the home school and 3 courses at BU might look like:
High School
Pd 1 - L27A-10th English LA
Pd 2 - T41A-World History
Pd 3 - S31A - Biology
Pd 4 - CC9A-4 - Concurrent BU
Pd 5 - CC9A-5 - Concurrent BU
Pd 6 - CC9A-6 - Concurrent BU
Middle School
Pd 1 - P08SA - 8th PE
Pd 2 - F12W - French 2
Pd 3 - SM8W - 8th Science
Pd 4 - CC9A-4 - Concurrent BU
Pd 5 - CC9A-5 - Concurrent BU
Pd 6 - CC9A-6 - Concurrent BU
Each school counselor should have access to their student's 'GoogleSchedule' in the school folder in GoogleDrive. This will be the only place that you see exactly which courses your students are taking.
A copy of each student's GoogleSchedule is sent to you directly after each intake meeting. Once you receive this schedule, you should double check it to make sure that courses chosen align with the conversations that you have had with your students and that they match their graduation/ICAP plans. You can adjust a student's schedule as soon as you like (aka-per your school's procedure) after receiving the email .
Please let me know if you have any questions about how to set up student schedules from the home school perspective. I am always happy to help!

BU Hybrid/FT Enrollment Deadlines
We will still work with your students facing extreme health/outside factors that call for an intervention mid-semester. If you have students in extreme situations, please reach out to me as well as having your admin contact Heather Ridge. We will handle each case individually.
There will not be any enrollment changes during the October Count window from 9/28 - 10/12
YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!!
Hope you are all adjusting well to September and slowing down a teensy bit :)
