N. B. Cook Artists Will Be Having Fun
This theme reasonates throughout her visual art curriculum as a thematic point of discussion about the importance which the arts play in our lives & the world. Students are learning that even a genius, such as Albert Einstein, valued imagination & creativity more than just knowledge. It is what you DO with your intelligence that matters ~ what you invent, create & imagine that will change our world for the better in the 21st century!

Suite Dreams Exhibit
Despite the fact that we had only seven school days to prepare, Ferry Pass Elementary submitted 132 pieces of mounted student art work for the Springhill Suites Pensacola for their "Suite Dreams" Art Night 2014 on August 27th from 4pm till 7 pm on Creighton Road. The theme was "My Summer". The motel had donated over $600 in art supplies the previous school year in support of the art program and is continuing this for this school year. Also, because of the connection with art, the Springhill Suites will become Ferry Pass Elementary School's newest "Partner in Education".
