In The Middle
A newsletter to and for the parents of CLMS - 10/26/18
Message from the Principal
One season is winding down and the next one is gearing up. We provide many options for kids at CLMS to be involved in activities. There is a strong correlation between being involved and success in school. Sports, clubs, robotics, theater, music programs and others can provide positive outlets for energy and creativity. Thanks for your support of our kids.
We need to put the kibosh on balloons at school. It is an allergen for a large enough group of the population that we need to have you refrain from sending the latex balloons to school.
I sure had fun with your kids at the dance. I enjoyed your kids, but the staff was a hoot as well! Big shout out to the Student Council Kids and their fearless leader, Mrs. GIlllespie. Job well done.
We are all in this together.

These two had some team spirit.
These were the top four in the costume contest. Cousin Eddie was our winner.
A happy little cloud, and two wizards!

Lost and not yet found.
Cool mornings and warm afternoons equals an abundance of sweatshirts, hats, and gloves left at school. Some of these are really nice. Some of these were the items that your children "could not live without" have a found a temporary home with us. But.... after conference they will be gone.
If you need a chuckle ask me to tell you the story of the lost and found at the last school I served. It involves my children and and slice of humble pie. - Ralph
