Colina Spay and Neuter Clinic

Colina is a free and by donation sterilization clinic in Puerto Vallarta's Emiliano Zapata Neighborhood, also known as the Zona Romántica. Open only on Saturdays, the clinic operates through donations from people like you, as well as contributions of other pet owners using the service.
