Good to see everyone after our winter break! Boy, this week went by fast (haha).
Important Information at Tiogue
Hours: 8:40am - 3:10pm
Students may come to school when supervisory coverage begins at 8:20am

Check your Google Calendars and Email for individual invites to RtI/MTSS and/or IEP meetings. There are many many off-team day meetings on the books already.
-January 7 - PBIS Mtg. 7:45am
-January 7 & 8.10 - Data Mtg. (See below- we will have 2 different days of mtgs. K-2, 3-5, so not all mtgs. are on one day)
-January 8 - Vaping Education Assembly, grade 5 only 9:30am (cafeteria; Dom at Title One planning mtg. 4pm HH
-January 9 - Team Day: please check individual Google Calendars for specific information
-January 13 - Full Day of CPI training for some; PTA Mtg. 5:30pm
-January 14 - 7:30am SIT MEETING (come to the meeting if you are interested in joining our new, revamped committee - new state regulations will be reviewed); (2) half day sessions for faculty/staff already certified in CPI - Dom goes in the in the afternoon
-January 16 - Team Day: please check individual Google Calendars for specific information
-January 21 - (K-2) Reptile Assembly - rescheduled from our last snow day, time TBD

We officially have widespread flu in RI. Please be sure to see your health care provider for flu symptoms as soon as possible. Remind your family to wash their hands frequently, and cough in your elbow to decrease germs. As always, feel free to contact me with any concerns.
Please notify the school of any infectious illnesses.
Our Feinstein program is excited to present our K-2 students a grant opportunity to host a reptile presentation on Tuesday 1/21. This was rescheduled due to a snow day last month.

- Retirement Workshop, Tuesday January 7 @ 4:00pm. Location: 68 Cliff St in East Greenwich.
- Alex Smith with Horace Mann will be hosting an education session on the ERSRI retirement system. Many common questions will be answered, such as: How has the retirement system changed over the years? When can I collect my pension and how much will I get? How is my Social Security affected?
