Mike Ambler

Hi, my name is Michael (Mike) Ambler. I am a follower of Christ, a husband to my wife, and a Daddy to my children. I live in the Kuna School District in Zone 4. I’ve been in the construction industry for 25 years, and I’m proud to say that I have had a positive effect on the Boise skyline as well as other projects in the Treasure Valley.

Kim Nixon

I’ve been a Kuna resident since 1998. It was my pleasure to teach in the Kuna School District for 34 years. Now, I teach 4th grade at Nampa Christian. My sons are KHS graduates. I am thrilled to use my knowledge of education and my love of children to serve my community. I believe children are our future and deserve the best education we can provide. I listen to all stakeholders, students, parents, teachers, and community members to inform my votes. I am seeking reelection because I understand the challenges we face in education and I am a voice of positive change.

Kyrsti Bruce

I'm a wife of 20+ years. A mother of 2 two amazing boys. I worked years as a elementary & high school substitute teacher. I left my recent administrative assistant job years ago to manage my online business. Most important, my job is a mother. I'm passionate about helping children. That's why running for school board is important. I'll be restless making sure every voice is heard! Goals: 1. Bridge the gap between parents and the school district. 2. Be the voice for teachers at the highest level of the district. 3. Focus on student education. Reading, writing and arithmetic!

Eleanor Hurst

I’ve been involved in the Kuna School District education system for over 13 years as a volunteer, employee, and a member of the Superintendent’s Advisory Council.

I’m running for the position of Trustee because I believe that we have a great school district and I want to be part of making it even better.

My priority is the education, safety and wellbeing of all students in our district as well as the support, safety and wellbeing of our schools’ staff and teachers. Our students deserve the best education and support so they can be successful now and, in the future, wherever their path may lead them.

Sallie McArthur

I have lived in Kuna for the past 14 years. We love the community feel and the perfect blend of llamas, cows and chickens mixed with easy access to biking, rivers and beautiful mountains. My husband and I have two children in the district. A senior and a 7th grader. We have taken advantage of the many programs and opportunities Kuna School District provide, such as Synergy and the Dual Language program. I have been a trustee for the Kuna School District for the past eight years and am so grateful to have been able to serve this great community that I love.
