Principal's Desk

Due to the weather, the Spring Fling has been canceled for today & will take place on the last day of school, Wednesday, May 25th.

As we continue to get further into spring our weather will fluctuate between warm springy weather and then the next day, cold rainy weather. We will still go out daily for recess, and PE. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately, today many kids are wearing shorts and have no coat. This makes for a very uncomfortable recess or PE class with no alternatives if they do not bring a jacket. Please encourage them to layer up. Thank you.

Below are the students recognized by their classroom teachers for continuing to work hard and complete their 45 min of iReady in both reading and math, this practice can be done at home throughout the whole week. Students are working on a personalized pathway that develops skills in relationship to where they are specifically. We will continue to have this available, and we will have our final diagnostic assessment for iReady in the beginning of May.

5th Grade Choir Concert

The 5th Grade Choir Concert will be held on Tuesday, May 3, at 5:30 pm in the Munhall gymnasium. Choir members will meet in the music room at 5:15 and should wear their choir t-shirts and dark-colored pants. At this time, the district is asking that the audience continue to be limited to 4 people per musician to best maintain social distancing between families. We are looking forward to a fantastic performance from these talented singers!

The District is working with an organization called Help Heroes of Ukraine to gather school supplies for refugee children who will now be going to school in Poland. Lincoln will have a collection box near the front office for students to drop donated items. We will be collecting supplies from Monday, April 11 through April 22, 2022. See flier for more information
