With options like "Forget me not: 12 principles for making memory work" and "Learn and leverage your leadership style in groups" you're sure to find one that's right for you. Be a Quitter

If the time is right for you - use the Wellness Challenge to achieve your goal of quitting tobacco. Students have access to cessation (quitting) counseling through CAPS, and can meet with medical provider in the Student Health Center. All members of the SU community (including Faculty and Staff) can stop by Wellness and Health Promotion to pick up a free quit kit so you'll be set for success!

Jump start your 2015 by having a 30 minute goal setting session with a Nationally Certified Personal personal trainer - FREE! Your trainer can help you reach your fitness & wellness goals safely and effectively. Each UREC patron receives one complementary, 30 minute, Goal Setting Session with a Personal Trainer. This session is great to help define your goals and make them specific, time-based, and attainable. To schedule this session email personaltraining@seattleu.edu, call the Member Services desk at 206-296-6441, or stop by! Take some time to get a flu shot during the challenge- not only will you continue to get those healthy points, but we'll even give you a bonus 5 points for doing it. And remember... When more people get vaccinated against the flu, less flu can spread through our community!

In a truly connected society, we are challenging you to go completely dark and shut down all of your devices for at least 6 hours. Yes, this means no Facebook, no Google, no television, no Snapchat, nothing. We hope this gives you an opportunity to be more attentive, and to connect with others in new ways.
