"I'm an undocumented entrepreneur with 10 years of career development & college access subject matter expertise, along with 2 years of technology product design and project management experience.
My company, GrantAnswers, is a B2B strategy, management, & data consulting firm with a history of impact in workforce development, tech career training, entrepreneurship development, and college access. Its KeyJargon career app & Havensent platform have earned awards and funding from the likes of Communitas Ventures & Immigrants Rising.
I have given keynote speeches/presentations for organizations like Teach For America and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce on topics ranging from immigration, career readiness & entrepreneurship. My work and my story has been featured in media outlets like The Wall Street Journal, NBC, and Time. I also currently serve as an Ambassador & Innovation Council Member of FWD.us, an advocacy organization founded by tech leaders like Mark Zuckerberg.

Skyline College’s Free Immigration Legal Clinic Now Open!
Our free Skyline College Immigration legal clinic has officially opened for the semester! What does this mean?
You can speak to a licensed immigration attorney for free if you:
-Want a screening to see if you are eligible for any immigration remedies to adjust your status
-Need support with Permanent Residency and Citizenship application support
-Need to renew your DACA
-Have any general immigration questions
Anyone (students and community members) can make an appointment at: tinyurl.com/skylegalclininc
Please note that now is a great time to take advantage of the legal clinic because USCIS (the immigration office that processes a number of immigration applications) is slated to have significant fee increases. For example, a green card holder who wishes to apply to be a US citizen would need to pay $640 (plus the biometrics fee) this month for the N-400 Application for Naturalization filing fee. This fee will go up to $1,170 (plus biometrics fee) on October 2. For more information, check this link: https://cliniclegal.org/issues/fee-schedule-changes
If you have any questions, you can reach the Dream Center at skylinedreamcenter@smccd.edu

Not eligible to receive a coronavirus stimulus check from the federal government
- Earned less than $99,000 or had a total household income below $198,000 in 2019
- Lost income due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
