Welcome!
I am Cody Talarico and began my role as the Fine Arts Education Specialist at the NDE in June. I am a musician, music teacher, professional church musician, and all-around fine arts fanatic.
Fine Arts Exchange
Did you know that there are over 20 organizations in Nebraska that supports arts education?
The Fine Arts Exchange will be an asynchronous electronic event connecting arts organizations (non-profits and state agencies) with arts educators. Participants will learn about the many educational offerings that are available by our Nebraska arts organizations.
I can't wait to share these wonderful resources with you. You'll learn about in-person opportunities as well as virtual ones. What's even better? These experiences will enhance your teaching, enrich your kids' learning, and are aligned to the Nebraska Fine Arts Standards. Be sure to watch your inbox for more information and how to register.
If you want a sneak peek of the organizations, check out the NDE Fine Arts Twitter @NDE_FineArts. Be sure to give me a follow while you're there.
