Big picture

Happy Holidays

As 2020 draws to a close, I'm reminded of the hardships our students, their families and my staff have had to endure and the constant feeling of not knowing what lies ahead. I'm proud of the way we, as a community have come together to help each other with our struggles and have been able to laugh at the laughable and cry when things seemed too much. Through it all, I am so grateful to work in a community where grace and patience are not just words, but are demonstrated on a daily basis.

There is hope on the horizon that soon we may be able to get back to some resemblance of normalcy. My hope for 2021 is that we can focus on what possibilities lie ahead and not look back on that which was 2020.

From the Pedersen family to yours, have a safe and very relaxing holiday season.
