Dairy is important for many health issues, but especially for preventing the silent disease, osteoporosis.

What is Osteoporosis?

Osteoporosis is when bones become weak and brittle from the lack of dairy products in the body. Anyone can develop the disease but is found more in older women. Usually developed after the age of 35.

  2. Engage in regular weight-bearing exercise
  3. Avoid smoking and excess alcohol
