Bullying
Dominic Dolder
Bullying can happen right in the class room.
Bullying can take place anywhere. It can happen right in front of a teacher in the classroom. Bullying is a growing issue and its only going to get worse. Letting bullies or bullying go unpunished is very unfair for the bullies' victims.
Cyber Bullying
Most people don't understand how serious cyber bullying is. Cyber bullying is when someone gets bullied with hateful comments over the internet. Everyday kids are getting hateful comments, making them feel worse and worse about themselves. Its important to respect people feelings in person and online.
Feeling alone
When you are being bullied you feel as if there is nowhere for you to go. This is false. There's always somewhere to go. Don't ever give up.
What Starts Bullying?
The beginning of bullying isn't as serious. It starts with things done to someone to get people to laugh. It isn't even done out of complete hatred.
Bullying at school
Bullying generally happens at school. Kids all the time are being pushed to the ground, beat up, belongings stolen, and nothing is being done about it. Kids are afraid to go to school because they are sick of being bullied everyday.
When bullying gets physical
Some cases of bullying are just hateful words; but some cases kids are actually getting hurt and beat up everyday. Kids fear school because they aren't safe from bullies there. Schools need to do a better job of keeping fights and bullying to a minimum.
Depression
Bullying can lead to many things. All of those things are not good. It can lead to suicide, retaliation, depression, and self harm and the harm of others. When someone gets bullied for so long, they stop believing that its going to get better and then they start getting suicidal thoughts. Bullying is a direct cause of depression and suicide and its needs to be stopped.
Retaliation
Soon, the victims of bullying are fed up with being messed up. Their judgement gets foggy and they make horrible decisions that can hurt them and others. This is the saddest part of bullying. When it gets to this point, the victims feel that they have no other option.
Fighting Back
Finally the victim has had enough. The victim fights back. This can either be positive or negative. It all depends how the victim handles it. Whether they tell a teacher or adult, fight them back, or worse, try to harm other students with evil thoughts.
Conclusion
Bullying is a serious issue. It happens everywhere. Although it is hard to control, it can be stopped. Millions of students are bullied everyday just because they are different. This isn't fair for people to be treated this way. We are all equal and we should treat each other with endless love and respect no matter the situation.
