How do volcanoes form?
Volcanoes are created when magma from inside the Earth's upper mantle comes out to the surface. When it reaches the surface, it erupts and it creates lava rivers with ash deposits. As time passes and it continues to erupt the volcanoes grow.
How do volcanoes erupt?
A volcano is usually a mountain that has an opening, usually on the top, where molten rock erupts. (There is a hole in the earth from which gas and melted rock erupt (comes out)).
Volcanoes and their changes to the earth!
Volcanoes can change the earth by forming new land, destroying an existing environment or by changing the weather and climate through out the world.
