Hello, sophomore class!
A tool that you can start to use is your Naviance account, which has helpful college & career planning resources. Should you have any questions about Naviance, please see your counselor.
Mr. Nguyen is our Gateway Center Coordinator and he can help you find wonderful summer programs and internship opportunities. Stop by and see him in the Guidance and Counseling Office during Office Hour or email him at dnguyen@materdei.org.
Class scheduling for the 2018-2019 school year begins at the end of this month. The counselors will be visiting all Sophomore English classes on Thursday February 22rd and Friday February 23rd. We will review the online scheduling process with you on these days. If you are absent on the day of your classroom visit, please contact your counselor for instructions. We will also have a Monarch Television video series on the electives available to you and an Elective Fair on March 1st.
