No Name Calling/Bullying Week
We will be recognizing NO NAME CALLING/BULLYING Week during the week of January 25th-January 29th. We have different ways to participate each day:
Monday - Wear Purple to show your support for “No Name Calling/Bullying Week” and bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Mission Center/Local Red Cross.
Tuesday - Pay It Forward Pajama Day! Bring $1 and wear pajamas! Today is the day to fill out your Kindness Card and give it to someone. All monies collected will benefit our Pet Parade.
Wednesday - Sit in House Colors in the lunch room. Make new friends. Do a Random Act of Kindness for someone and tell us all about it on our RAK card!
Thursday - “Caught You Being Nice” Nominations will be due. Teachers will nominate someone in their classroom who they feel exemplifies a model student. This student demonstrates good character, kind gestures toward others and is ALWAYS caught being nice.
Friday - No Name Calling/Bullying Posters will be judged. Posters need to demonstrate how we combat bullying. Our topic for the poster is STICKS, STONES and WORDS HURT TOO! Posters need to be drawn on 12X18 manila paper and turned in to Mrs. Eubanks by Thursday 1/28 at 3:00. Prizes will be given per grade level.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Spring Picture Day
Order forms for the group picture have been sent home. If you want to purchase the group class picture, that order and money is due on or before 1/29.
The individual pictures can be purchased AFTER you see them. Top of Texas will actually send a packet of pictures home and you can pay for what you want to keep and return what you don't want.
