Port Susan Middle School
Student & Family Update 01.24.21
Community
In all google classrooms, we have a few options for students to reach out to our staff. These include our daily check in form, I have a question google meet link, as well as our newly added counseling support google meet link. Please encourage or join with your student if you feel there is anything we can do for you or you have an idea that you'd like to share with us.
Mid Year Supply/Item Pick Up
- Swap out chromebooks that are not working properly (cameras or mics have been going out)
- Textbook pick up - check with your teachers to see if we have something you'll need
- AR books return &/or check out (use our website to put books on hold)
- Classroom Novels for ELA - we have these ready for you!
Please make arrangements to come to our school to exchange chromebooks &/or pick up supplies or textbooks. If you pull up front, one of our secretaries will be right out to help you with what you need anytime between 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Also, I understand with work schedules, this time frame might not work. If that is the case, send me an email (calmanza@stanwood.wednet.edu) and we can arrange a better time for you to make sure you have what you need.

Congratulations, Mrs. Julie Zurcher!
We had the opportunity to celebrate Mrs. Zurcher this past week for receiving the Certificated Employee of the Month for the Stanwood-Camano School District. This was definitely well deserved recognition.
As you know, we have an amazing staff at Port Susan Middle School that some of you students and parents would like to recognize. Please take a look at the link below if you'd like to nominate someone that has made a positive impact for you throughout this difficult time.
