Outdoor Recess and Chilly Temps

Outdoor recess is an excellent way for students to expel a little energy, socialize with friends, and enjoy some fresh air. As the seasons change and temperatures begin to drop, students are encouraged to wear warm clothing that will protect them while participating in all outdoor activities.

Lost & Found

The Lost & Found is getting very full! There are lots of unclaimed jackets and sweaters, lunch boxes, masks, etc. that belong to students. Parents, if your child is missing an item, you are encouraged to check the Lost & Found before purchasing a new one. All unclaimed, fall semester items will be donated to charity on Dec. 17, 2021.

Boerne ISD to Hold Toy Drive

Boerne ISD is partnering with Kendall County Blue Santa once again to collect toys for children in need in Boerne and Kendall County.

Beginning, November 8th, donations of new, unwrapped toys will be accepted at Boerne ISD Central Office. No toy guns of any kind, please.

The final opportunity to donate will be Friday, December 3rd from 8:00am-2:00pm at Cookies and Cocoa at the BISD Central Office Building.

We collected over 1,200 toys last year and look to surpass that this year!

Birthday Treats

We are excited to celebrate student birthdays again at school this year. Treats must be store-bought and individually wrapped, if possible, or in the original package. All edible items MUST have an FDA approved label with ingredients and allergens legibly listed.

It is best to have all treats delivered to the main office by your child's lunchtime so they can be enjoyed during the afternoon. Please connect with your child's homeroom teacher, in advance, to confirm arrangements.
