Well, This is a Bit Embarrassing...

I feel like I broke up with my boyfriend for the new guy in town, then realized I had everything I wanted with the first.

Over the past month, I promoted purchasing packages through a new app called PocketSuite, but found it did not have all of the features needed for me to successfully record transactions and attendance. It's a wonderful product; it just doesn't work for me.

As a result, I am going back to using my MindBody Online account. Reunited. And it feels sooo good (Sorry).

Thanks to all of you who did buy packages on PocketSuite! Your MindBody Online account has been credited to reflect those purchases, but please contact me if you'd like to review your purchases and visits.

You may use this package for any of my scheduled classes, (but not for workshops or special events).

Here's the catch: sign up for or sign into your MindBody Online Account. You may use it on your computer, or download the free app on your phone. You can use the app to find other classes when you are traveling, too!

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm

Slow Flow incorporates breath work with a focused sequence of seated, standing, and balancing postures. With consistent practice, you will gain strength, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. This class offers modifications, so is suitable for all levels.

Inner Calm Yin

Mondays, 5:30-6:30 pm (Date Night! 2/$15)

Thursdays, 6:45-7:45 pm

Experience the relaxing and rejuvenating wonder of yin yoga, a calm, slow practice that emphasizes mindful breathing and long-held poses. With a focus on the connective tissues, yin will enhance your flexibility while reducing mental stress and "clutter." It is an ideal practice to "decompress" right after work or for athletes to balance with their more active workouts. Come experience the benefits! Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket.
