Craft-tastic Learning Series

Attention All Adults - are you ready for a Craft-tastic good time? Get creating with these FREE programs. All programs take place in the Carnegie Room. Most programs require you to register as space is limited.

Craft Supply Exchange - Saturday, May 7 from 10AM-2PM
  • Donate your unwanted craft supplies before the Craft Exchange (April 4-29)
  • No registration required and everyone is welcome


Drawing Basics - Thursday, May 12 from 6-8PM


Card Making - Thursday, May 26 from 6-8PM

  • Kim Reid is an expert at Card Making and she's here to show you how to make a card like a pro
  • Registration required

"Anything" Bowl - Clay Sculpting

  • Christine from 2Hands helps you create an "anything" bowl from wet clay using stamps, designs, and underglaze paints. The bowls will be kiln fired and available for pick up in a few weeks

Income Tax Clinics

If your income is low and your tax situation is simple, volunteers from the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, on behalf of the Canada Revenue Agency, may be able to help you free of charge.

Please bring your copy of your 2014 Return & Assessment Notice. For information about Income Tax, call 1-800-959-8281 or visit the URL below. "Low income" is classified as $30,000 if you are single, $40,000 if you are married, and $5,000 each dependent/child.

Every Monday
: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Every Tuesday: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Drop-in; no registration required. Patrons will be served on a first come, first served basis.
