Inclusion Parent Workshop
INCLUSION INFORMATION SESSION

Join us to learn more about Peirce's Special Education Program and our work with Inclusive Practices through our partnership with the Gust Foundation. Almost every classroom at Peirce has a student with an IEP or 504 plan - several classrooms also have a Special Education Inclusion Co-Teacher for all or part of the day. This year, the following classrooms have a co-teacher for all or part of the day:
Kindergarten: Room 110, Ms. Fabianski & Mr. Cortright
1st Grade: Room 105, Ms. GIbson & Ms. Fitzgerald
2nd Grade: Room 224, Ms. Baumgarten & Ms. Graney
3rd Grade: Room 203, Ms. Lynn & Ms. Layden
4th Grade: Room 204, Ms. Sweeney & Mr. Trad
4th Grade: Room 207, Ms. Calhoun & Ms.Wasson
5th-8th Grades are Departmental with a variety of co-teaching partnerships
Sports Program Registration (5th-8th Grades)
Season -- the official interscholastic league for CPS 5 th – 8 th grade student-athletes. Student Registration takes place between September 3 rd - September 23 rd .
This season, the sports offered include:
● Boys and Girls Cross Country
● Boys Soccer
● Girls Volleyball
● Co-Ed 16” Softball
You have two options for registration:
1) Paper student information and consent and release form (attached)
2) Digital student information and consent and release form. (Click link)
For the digital option, please go to cps.score.edu/score and hit the red “Register” button. Enclosed in this packet, you will find the following forms and information:

● CPS SCORE! Overview Please review the information carefully.
If you choose to register your student, fill out the two student information and consent and release forms completely and accurately. Registration and consent forms must be received by your child’s school no later than September 20, 2019 if your child wants to participate in fall sports. Following registration, more detailed information regarding your child’s participation in CPS SCORE! should be sent home by your school representative.

Peirce Service Organization Parent Mixer
Meet new friends, catch up with old ones and learn about what each parent organization does within the school. A representative from each parent group will be available to talk about the mission of their organization and answer questions. Light appetizers will be available with drinks available for purchase.
