Principal Ponderings: What We Do vs Who We Are
Kobe was absolutely right. Our job is what we do. It is not who we are and it certainly doesn't define us, because as Kobe says, there is a finality to everything, including our careers. Who we are is determined by our value set, how we interact in our community, our treatment of those who can offer nothing to us, and how we can approach with others with a servant's heart.
My hope is that all the families impacted by this horrible tragedy have felt the love and support that has been sent their way.
