November Professional Learning Update
Working on your "To Learn List"...
Are you ready to revise your action steps? Add something else? Has your learning this fall given you direction that has illuminated another area you need to research or think about?
Your action steps are always open for revision-so as you learn and grow this year, your action steps will grow with you. As you check in on your progress, we wanted you to have the most up to date information about some of learning opportunities that are available to you as a PISD teacher!
Goal Groups
The second cycle of Goal Groups is open for registration in MLP. You can register now through MLP and begin working through the anchor resources as soon as you receive the invitation to the Cycle 2 Google Classroom. Groups will close for registration and collaborative work will begin November 30, 2017.

Artifacts and Evidence
In its optimum form, artifacts or evidence of professional learning should be a natural, integrated part of of your work and learning process rather than an excessive added demand. The pieces of evidence to be collected should be those which are natural to the professional development activities thus requiring you to “collect” rather than “create” evidence.
Many of the online courses will ask you to upload an artifact before awarding credit. Check out the link below for ideas of what this kind of "collecting evidence" could like like!
