Wamogo Regional High School
January 3, 2018
Message from the Principal
Happy New Year and welcome back to school from what was hopefully an enjoyable winter recess for everyone. With many important events on the horizon, 2018 promises to be full of opportunity for growth and success. As we merge into the second half of the school year, our focus will remain on preparing for the important assessments that are fast approaching. PSAT/SAT day is just around the corner in March for high school students, while Smarter Balanced will be in the spring for middle school students. I am confident that the hard work of faculty, staff and students will pay off and yield excellent results.
Additionally, I would like to congratulate all our athletic teams for getting off to a great start. Best of luck as the winter season progresses.
May the New Year be healthy, productive and prosperous for all!
Sincerely,
Sabin Loveland
Principal
Junior College Planning Night
The high school counselors will be holding a Junior College Planning Night for all 11th grade students/parents on Wednesday, January 10th at 6:30 p.m. During this presentation, the counselors will be providing an overview of the college search, planning, and application process; as well as preliminary information regarding financial aid processes and forms. Junior students should be beginning the college search and planning process during this upcoming spring and summer, so attendance at this presentation is highly recommended. Please RSVP to this event via email at bhart@rsd6.org and, of course, reach out to your student’s counselor with any questions.
