Important Announcement Concerning April 7, 2020
RECHS Students and Parents,
April 7th, 2020 will serve as another packet distribution day for the Randolph County School System. This will look different than our first packet distribution day. Due to health concerns, we will be mailing hard copies of assignments to students' homes, rather than having students come to the school. With that said, we will only mail packets upon student request. Students need to communicate with their teachers if they want a hard copy of the next set of assignments. Teachers will continue to communicate with students using email, Canvas, and other platforms for assignments.
Students, please communicate with your teachers by Friday, April 3, 2020 if you wish to request a hard copy of assignments to be mailed. We will then mail all packets on April 7, 2020. This is solely for RECHS high school classes, not for college classes.
RECHS Registration
RCC Registration
RCC’s registration is coming soon on April 14th! Until further notice, Mr. Ferguson, RECHS College Liaison, will facilitate virtual office hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. To set an appointment, please click here.
Students, if you have already met with Mr. Ferguson in regards to the courses remaining on your BDP (bachelor degree plan) and you need a copy, please let him know. He will send you a scanned version to review in preparation of registration. After students meet with Mr. Ferguson virtually, he will send students a link that they will need to complete to ensure that we (Randolph Early College High School, Randolph Community College, and parent/guardian) are all on the same page with regards to students' upcoming schedule.

To Parents of Juniors
Effective in the 2020-2021 school year, two doses of meningococcal conjugate vaccine are
required for North Carolina students. One dose is required for individuals entering
the seventh grade or by 12 years of age. The second booster dose is required for
individuals entering the 12th grade or by 17 years of age, whichever comes first.
The requirement for the second dose is new. This information is being shared with
you now so you can make plans to have your student vaccinated prior to the start
of the 2020-2021 school year. If you have questions regarding this new
requirement, please feel free to call our school nurse, Monica Hurley, at 336-625-1137.
