SCAC Fall Giving Project

One Goal One Dollar

When South City scores a goal, you cheer!

This October every time SCAC scores a goal, now you can give! One Goal One Dollar is South City Athletic Club’s fall giving project. Every time your SCAC team scores a goal, you can give a dollar to help TWO families pay for medical expenses.

  • Macie Leonard is a 3-year-old who was born with some heart issues and has undergone surgery to try to repair them. Macie’s mom is a co-worker and friend to several SCAC families.
  • Rachel Dyson is a mother of 4 boys and an aunt to one of our SCAC players. Rachel is battling cancer and has undergone surgery.

The Leonard and Dyson families need our prayers and financial support to help pay for these unexpected medical expenses.

A final score of 2-0 not only means SCAC wins. During October, it means each SCAC family contributes $1 for each goal scored and then everyone wins!

Bring a few dollars with you to each game and talk to your player about why you think it is important to be a part of SCAC’s One Goal One Dollar Giving Project. Each team’s manager will collect (or assign someone to collect) your dollars after each game in October.

Thanks for your support!
