Field Day 2018: May 10
May 10th is our annual Abbotts Hill Field Day (rain date is May 17) and we need your help! Our kids love this event, and sharing it with a parent makes it all the more fun for them! Please sign up for a time slot to help with an activity. EVENT TIMES: Grades K-2 is 7:45-9:45am, Grades 3-5 11:45am-1:45pm

International Night April 28th - Service Hours Opportunity for middle and high school students

International Night Ticket Sales -
INC is in two weeks, on 4/28 from 5p-8p. Familes interested in attending this years INC should send their INC ticket money back to the school in their folders. Money is due on Friday, 4/20. Ticket cost is $1 per person. Tickets will be sent home on Friday, 4/27, in Friday folders; The first 350 tickets sold will be all that are available to sell. If any of the 350 tickets remain unsold those tickets will be available for sale @ the school from 4-4:45p on 4/27 in the gymnasium. News from the Cafeteria
April 27 will be the last day that kids can charge a lunch. After that if there is no money in their account they will receive a cheese sandwich and milk. Also, all outstanding charges need to be paid by the end of the year. Thank you.

Parents, we need your help to make this event a success. Your help is needed again this year with everything from set-up, field day events, first aid tent,
water station and clean up. All volunteers must complete the online form and view the mandatory volunteer video a minimum of 48hr prior to the event –

If you are interested in volunteering, please look for an email coming soon from your room mom that will contain a link to our Volunteer Sign Up Sheet. Here you can sign up for a shift – set-up (6:00 AM - 7:45 AM), grades K-2 events (8:00 AM – 9:45 AM) and grades 3-5 events (11:45 AM – 2:00 PM)
