Inspiring the Leader Within
September 13, 2019
It was a busy week filled with leadership, celebrations, and remembrance. Thank you to all families who attended our 3rd Annual Leadership in Literacy Night & Goodies for Grands Day! These are great opportunities for our students to share how amazing our school is with their special guests & families. Students wore their favorite college gear on College Spirit Day and we also took time to remember the victims and heroes of September 11.

Leader In Me
Written by: Bryce Pasero
Habit 3: Put First Things First. Students learn that leaders identify and prioritize their most important things. They learn to have self-control, be empowered, and do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Ask this...
- How do you prioritize the most important things in your life?
- Do you do the right thing even when no one is looking?
Try This...
Get a paper and draw a jar. Now try to fit your big rocks (most important things) and your small rocks (things that are a little important) inside the jar. This helps you know what is most important and what needs to be done after the important stuff.
