Yoga for Children with Autism and Other Special Needs
We use yoga postures and breathing to relax, have fun, stretch, strengthen and work on balance. Classes help to develop body-awareness and learn self-control while improving social interaction.
Angi is a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, and the Creative Relaxation method of Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs. As an aunt of nine children, two of which are on the spectrum, she is so excited to bring her knowledge and love of yoga to children with special needs.
