SkillsUSA Competition
During the week of March 5 through March 9, 2021, Cambridge SkillsUSA Chapter competed in the annual SkillsUSA State Skills Competition. The Skills Bears worked diligently, with many competitions having to be filmed and edited in a short time span. Outstanding work and assistance from Aidan Miller, with the A/V program, helped with the completion of this segment during the competition phase. The Skills Bears had been preparing for months, in their respective competitive categories. The Skills Bears demonstrated mastery during their competitions and led the state again in the total medal count.
The Cambridge High School SkillsUSA chapter is one of the leading SkillsUSA chapters, both in Georgia and nationally, with over 300 members every year. SkillsUSA members develop into well-rounded people with technical, academic, and employability skills that will help them get a job and have a successful career. Through chapter meetings, contests, leadership conferences, and activities, students work hard to learn and build valuable skills and enhance their personal and professional development as students and future leaders.
Total Medal Count: 32
Gold - 17
