Included below is a summary of our return to campus protocols to ensure students, families, and staff health and safety.

On-Campus AM/PM Schedule

Monday - At-Home Asynchronous Day

Tuesday-Friday - On-Campus Cohorts

AM Cohort Session: 8:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

PM Cohort Session 12:55 p.m. to 3:25 p.m.

STUDENT ARRIVAL/ENTRY - See Map Above

AM Cohort Student Drop Off: 8:35 AM - 8:45AM

PM Cohort Student Drop Off: 12:45 PM - 12:55 PM


  • Before arriving to school, parents will conduct a health self-check to ensure the safety of their child(ren) and others.

  • No student entry prior to 8:35 a.m. (AM) or 12:45 p.m. (PM). Please do not drop off early as there will be no student supervision.

  • There are two vehicle drop-off locations:

    • Front of the school (K-2 students and their older siblings)

      • Parents will drop off students at the front of the school using the middle lane (the lane closest to the curb will be coned off to prevent merging of lanes) if by car. Leaving the front loop is right turn only onto Skyview.

    • Bus loop (3rd-5th grade students).

      • Parents will drop off students at the curb in the bus loop. Leaving the bus loop is straight or left turn only onto Algarve.

  • For students with transportation services, the bus will enter campus and stop in front of the MPR. Aides and teachers meet students in specialized classes in front of MPR and perform screening on the student before the student enters campus.

  • If students ride their bikes or scooters to school, they will park their wheels in the bike area closest to the gate they are entering. Helmets are required.

  • Students will go through assigned grade level gates based on the location of their classrooms; gates have clear signage to direct students.

  • Students will social distance as they walk to their classroom using the traffic flow signs posted on the ground.

  • Students will enter classrooms through the outside doors.

  • Students will use the same traffic flow entering and leaving the classroom.

AM Cohort Dismissal: 11:15 AM

PM Cohort Dismissal: 3:25 PM


  • Students will following the same traffic flow they used upon entering the gate.

  • Students are to social distance as they walk to their assigned grade level pickup locations (front of school or bus loop).

  • Dismissal for walkers/riders will be staggered so that they leave the classroom before students riding in cars are dismissed.

  • Siblings may be together while they wait to be picked up- older siblings will be asked to wait with the youngest sibling. Please plan on picking up from the youngest siblings designated loop.

  • With masks on, parents will drive in and be directed by staff to stop and safely accept their child(ren) into the car.

  • There are two vehicle drop-off locations:

  • If students walk home, they are to meet their parents and/or sibling(s) at a predetermined location in front of the school away from all the cones and lines.

  • If a student is riding a bike or scooter, it is important no one hangs out at the bike rack and everyone continues to social distance as they quickly move off-campus. Helmets are required.

  • For students with transportation services, aides and teachers accompany students to the boarding location.
