Volume 1 ~ Issue 16~ Week of November 13, 2022

Message from the Principal

November is a wonderful time to reflect on what you are thankful for. What are you thankful for? We are still doing our thankful campaign where students and staff can fill out this google form HERE to tell me what they are thankful for. If you have listening to the morning announcements or follow the MVA Instagram page, you may have heard or seen yours!! Didn't submit one yet? No problem...do it now by clicking HERE !!

We have our Family Math Night coming up this Thursday, so I hope you can join us! Students that attend with a family member can earn extra credit in their math class!

Congratulations to Mr. Garcia's advisory class for winning last week's Music Monday challenge and earning fresh donuts! Remember, this is a game where each week, I play a short snippet of a song over the PA system and the 3rd advisory class that calls the office with the correct title and artist, wins a special breakfast treat that morning! Will your advisory class win this week?!?

Remember this is our last full week of school before Thanksgiving Break!! We have no school from Monday, November 21st through Friday, November 25th. School resumes Monday, November 28th! I hope you have a wonderful break with your loved ones!

Wishing you a great Week 16, Vikings!

Take care,

Ms. Scott
