April 2018- Note Worthy News
From the Principal's Desk
Dear CBW families,
It’s hard to believe we are starting the 4th marking period! So far we have had a busy and productive year, I know the ending of our school year will be just as great. Please see the calendar of events below. I have included dates for the remainder of the school year, as I know some require planning for parents.
During the month of March we celebrated Read Across America. Thank you to all the parents, grandparents, and community members who came to read. Many of our students participated in Google's Pioneer Program for their future "Augmented Reality" program. We were so excited to have Google at our school! Our generous PTA provided performances from Bright Star Theater for all our students. In addition, first grade families were treated to a fun night of music and dancing with Ms. Conrad during Music Night.
In addition, we welcomed some new staff members. Mrs. Kimberly Helling has joined our CBW family as our new nurse. Ms. Christina Warchol has joined our CBW family as a in class support special education teacher.
I look forward to a fun, productive, (and hopefully much warmer) next few months of school. As always, if you have any questions, I am here to help!
Best Wishes,
Mrs. Cara J. Burton
Principal
