Kelly E. shared a comment from a parent about Mark: “We couldn’t have gotten through these last two years without Mr. Rodel.”

Excellent job, Mark!

Lisa received this message from a LC: "Lisa I want to personally thank you for all your help and support in this process. I think you should know how appreciated you truly are."

Wow! Great work, Lisa!

Thank you to the entire SSS Dept. for holding things down while I was away. I say this repeatedly, and genuinely believe it: IDVA has the best SSS Department!

IDVA SSS Dept. Rocks!

SSS Department Trivia

Week 1 of Round 3 - Who am I?

WHO AM I? "Me, playgrounds, and daycares are a recipe for disaster."

The answer is Jessica Lecertua!

The following guessed this correctly: Pam, Jesse, and Bev!

Pam - 1

Jesse - 1

Bev - 1

Here is what Jessica has to say about her story:

When I was 5 I slipped on metal stairs with a cement edge at a local park. Once my chin hit the edge I began bleeding significantly. Daycare attendants told me to put some snow on it to stop the bleeding. Later that day I was sent to the ER and received several stitches. I still have a scar under my chin. Later that year I broke two fingers while attempting a walking handstand during recess. Then, shortly after that, I broke both of my collarbones at the same time, while practicing a back flip on the jungle gym rings. I couldn't lift my arms up.

Please note! Do not forward email trails to families.

When communicating with families, never forward an email trail. Instead start a new email to the recipient. Always be aware of what you are sending to any recipient.

    Awesome Outlook strategy videos

A teammate of ours, who will remain nameless, shared two great tutorial videos on how to improve one's usage of Outlook. I watched them and thought they offered great tips. I learned several new-to-me features, too!

    Alex's Trip

Several of you have asked about my trip in March, so I will share a little bit here.

It was great. I started off in Paris. I went to the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Norte Dame, Palace of Versailles, Pantheon, and many other neat places. I ate a lot of croissants and macaroons!

I then flew to Florance. While there, I took a bus ride into the Tuscany region and visited Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa. Visited Il Duomo and Galleria dell' Accademia in Florence.

After just three days, we took a train to Rome, where we visited the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Roman Forum, and made handmade pasta and tiramisu (with a cooking class) for dinner one night.

I consumed a copious amount of carbs while on this trip! However, I walked many, many miles each day so I felt justified in my eating.

I have tons of pictures, but I will share a couple of my favorites below.
