Excellent job, Mark!
Lisa received this message from a LC: "Lisa I want to personally thank you for all your help and support in this process. I think you should know how appreciated you truly are."
Wow! Great work, Lisa!
Thank you to the entire SSS Dept. for holding things down while I was away. I say this repeatedly, and genuinely believe it: IDVA has the best SSS Department!
IDVA SSS Dept. Rocks!

Here is what Jessica has to say about her story:

Departmental & School Updates
Please note! Do not forward email trails to families.
When communicating with families, never forward an email trail. Instead start a new email to the recipient. Always be aware of what you are sending to any recipient.
Awesome Outlook strategy videos
A teammate of ours, who will remain nameless, shared two great tutorial videos on how to improve one's usage of Outlook. I watched them and thought they offered great tips. I learned several new-to-me features, too!
Thank you, masked crusader!
Several of you have asked about my trip in March, so I will share a little bit here.
It was great. I started off in Paris. I went to the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Norte Dame, Palace of Versailles, Pantheon, and many other neat places. I ate a lot of croissants and macaroons!
I then flew to Florance. While there, I took a bus ride into the Tuscany region and visited Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa. Visited Il Duomo and Galleria dell' Accademia in Florence.
After just three days, we took a train to Rome, where we visited the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Roman Forum, and made handmade pasta and tiramisu (with a cooking class) for dinner one night.
I consumed a copious amount of carbs while on this trip! However, I walked many, many miles each day so I felt justified in my eating.
I have tons of pictures, but I will share a couple of my favorites below.
