Our next One Amazing Story focuses on Sergio Farfan, a West Leyden alumnus who is now a heavily sought-after fine artist. He has collaborated with major galleries and corporations including Delta Airlines, Hudson Jeans, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Chicago Fire, and as of recently, his work is all over the United Center as he worked with the Chicago Bulls to create their limited edition play-off gear.
Sergio credits his experiences at Leyden with providing the right tools and exposure to learn that art can help him manage his anxiety. He found a way to express his emotions in a healthy way through fine art, which will be the focus of his next endeavor, a gallery exhibit in Florida.
