About ITC

Israel Tech Challenge (ITC) opens the door for talented professionals from around the world to accelerate their careers in technology while focusing on the most in-demand skills in global tech such as data science, computer vision, cyber security and full stack web development. ITC offers its participants, both training and job placement in top tech companies, along with strong networking in the Israeli tech community. To date, ITC introduced over 400 graduates to the high-tech industry from over 20 countries.

Position Description

We are looking for a BDR (Business Development Representative) to locate and retain opportunities in the Israeli tech industry for our participants and alumni.

At this position, you will be entrusted with our most valuable mission of Increasing our engagement with the industry and promoting our mission to increase the amount of talented professionals in the Israeli startup scene.

The BDR is part of the Business Development Team here at ITC. This position requires understanding the ecosystem and very good interpersonal skills. If successful, you will have strong connections to over 100 technology companies and startups that participate in our programs.

This is a part-time temporary position (50% for six months, flexible hours), excellent for ex-shlichim from North America / UK.

The role includes:

· Identifying and pursuing opportunities to collaborate with startups and companies.

· Managing deal workflow and working as part of our B2B operations.

· Managing ongoing relationships with our participants and partner companies.

· Owning matching processes from A-Z in the summer internship programs.

· Experience or Passion working with young Jews from around the world.


· Fluent English level (speaking and writing) - Must

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

· Understanding and knowledge of the technology market in Israel

· Passionate about people and technology
